Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer-focused associate in a retail setting in the United States. The role involves providing an outstanding service experience, processing sales orders accurately, and meeting sales goals.

You will address customer concerns and assist with opening and closing store operations. The position requires 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience (preferred), eligibility to work in the US, and being 18+ with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Address customer concerns independently whenever possible.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities.
