Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer-focused team member in the United States to provide outstanding service and process sales efficiently in a retail setting. The role supports store opening/closing, inventory control, and loss prevention while striving to meet sales goals.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience, is able to lift up to 25 lbs, and holds a high school diploma or equivalent. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
