Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer service driven team member for a retail setting. You will provide outstanding service to customers, accurately process sales orders, and work toward achieving sales goals in line with KPIs.

The role requires being legally authorized to work in the US, at least 18 years old, and a high school diploma or equivalent. One year of customer service or sales experience is preferred, along with the ability to lift 25 lbs as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Address customer concerns independently whenever possible.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities.
