Job summary

Quality Talent Group in the United States is seeking a friendly Retail Customer Service Associate to provide outstanding service and assistance to customers in-store. You will accurately process sales transactions, help manage inventory, and support opening and closing procedures while aiming to meet or exceed daily sales goals.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
