Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer service associate for our client in the United States. The role focuses on delivering outstanding service, processing sales, and supporting financing needs for customers in a retail setting.

The position requires at least 18 years old, a high school diploma (preferred), and about 1 year of customer service or sales experience. You may assist with opening/closing duties and cash reconciliation while helping meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
