Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a customer-service oriented associate in the United States to deliver outstanding service, accurately process sales orders, and assist customers with financing as needed. You will work toward sales goals and KPI targets while supporting opening and closing procedures.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, are at least 18, and legally eligible to work in the US.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
