Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a customer service/sales associate to provide outstanding service in a retail setting. You will process sales, assist customers with credit applications, and strive to meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualified applicants are legally authorized to work in the US, 18 years or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred and about 1 year of customer service or sales experience. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
