Qualifications

• Proficient in basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages).

Responsibilities

• Processes freight.
• Assists with price changes/markdowns.
• Balances register according to company policy.
• Bags merchandise efficiently during checkout.
• Handles cash, checks and credit cards per policy.
• Obtains management approval for returns, voids and checks.
• Maintains and tidies the store as assigned.
• Provides courteous customer service and greeting customers.
• Follows all safety procedures.
• Maintains professional appearance with name tag.
• Assists with merchandising on the sales floor.
• Explains exchange/refund policies to customers.
• Supports Loss Prevention efforts and reports incidents.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
