As part of Store Operations, you will contribute to a positive work culture, assist with merchandising, and help manage daily tasks while maintaining a professional appearance and following company policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations (percentages, totals).

Responsibilities

• Process freight per store policy.
• Assist with price changes and markdowns.
• Balance register according to policy.
• Bag merchandise efficiently during checkout.
• Handle cash, checks, and cards per policy.
• Obtain management approval for returns/voids.
• Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties.
• Provide courteous customer service and greet customers.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers.
• Follow safety procedures and wear name tag.
• Assist merchandising on the sales floor.
• Support Loss Prevention and report incidents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
