You will also participate in merchandising, stocking and omni-channel duties like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The role emphasizes safety, adherence to SOPs, and maintaining an inviting store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and move around the store for long periods.
• Willingness to assist with merchandising, stocking and store recovery tasks.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the rewards program and private label credit cards and enroll them
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and participate in omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS)
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, planograms, and merchandise recovery
