Job summary

Michaels is hiring at our CHLT-STONECREST store in Charlotte, NC to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and help them find what they’re looking for.

You will unload trucks, stock merchandise, process transactions, enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, support Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, and help maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and cash handling to standards
• Engage customers in Rewards enrollments and Private Label Credit Cards
• Assist with Omni-channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and following planograms (POGs)
• Maintain merchandise recovery and in-stock store health and recovery
