Job summary

Team members help with truck unloading, stocking, and merchandising while promoting store policies, safety, and company programs. This position requires standing, bending, and a willingness to engage customers and support omni-channel

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with finding products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and accurate cash handling.
• Encourage enrollment in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys.
• Support Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties.
