New Balance Athletics, Inc. is seeking Retail Sales Associates at Mall of America in Bloomington, MN. You will deliver exceptional customer service with in-depth product knowledge, greet customers, assess needs, and guide them through the buying journey, including upselling and proper fitting of NB products.

Applicants should be 18+, with strong communication skills and a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
