Job summary

FirstCash is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associate in our pawn store locations. Earn $10.00 to $13.00 per hour plus the potential to earn commissions on transactions. Commission plan ranges 2–8% of personal gross profit, with additional benefits described by the employer.

Emphasis on customer service and sales in a fast-paced retail setting. Earned Wage Access and broad benefits are available after eligibility; vacation and 401(k) options are described in the benefits packet.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to provide financial solutions.
• Perform sales and loan transactions per policies.
• Keep sales floor clean and stocked; maintain displays.
• Explain pawn and buy terms clearly and accurately.
• Operate POS systems and assist customers with inquiries.
