FirstCash Holdings, Inc. seeks a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in a customer‑facing role. Earn $14.00–$17.00 per hour plus unlimited commission, with benefits and flexible opportunities.

You will greet customers, assist with sales and pawn services, and contribute to a positive in-store experience. Responsibilities include processing transactions, maintaining displays, and ensuring accurate paperwork while following store and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
