Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in the Charlotte area. You will greet customers, process sales and loan activity, and provide friendly service across merchandise and pawn services.

Earn hourly pay plus commissions, with benefits and flexible hours supporting store operations. Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and are comfortable with basic math, cash handling, and bilingual communication.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Complete required training and follow company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
