Riverside Technologies, Inc. is seeking a full-time Threads Retail Sales Representative to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet customers, assist with purchases, process transactions, and maintain the sales floor while sourcing new opportunities through calls and emails.

You will build lasting customer relationships, manage quotes, work with the order entry team to ensure accuracy and timely shipping, and maintain a robust sales pipeline for forecasting.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a sales representative in a retail environment.
• The ability to understand cost, pricing, and margins.
• A friendly and engaging demeanor and the ability to present the store and its products professionally.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Riverside Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Threads Retail Sales Representative to join our team. If you are a results-driven individual who understands customer needs and requirements, we want you to join our team!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greeting customers, assisting with purchases, processing transactions, and maintaining the sales floor.


• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails


• Maintaining and developing positive business and customer relationships


• Managing quotes using company software and ensuring quotes are profitable using various distribution channels


• Working directly with order entry sales team to ensure orders are accurate and shipped on time


• Maintaining a punctual and accurate pipeline of customers to ensure accurate forecasting


• Communicating a consistent message and utilizing approved marketing materials


• Performing other related duties as assigned

Requirements
