Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry‑level, full‑time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate to join our pawn stores nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and work with a variety of merchandise, including jewelry and tools, while earning commission on productivity.

The position offers hourly pay plus commissions, flexible retail schedules, and opportunities for benefits after joining. Candidates should be ready to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Entry-level sales role in pawn store environment.
• Willing to learn POS systems and basic office tasks.
• Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers to provide financial solutions.
• Performs open/close procedures and handles cash per policies.
• Keeps sales floor clean, stocked, and merchandise displayed.
• Processes sales and loans following procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Participates in training and supports team in daily operations.
