Wilson Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Operations Manager to oversee the full order lifecycle from entry to fulfillment for major retail accounts.

You will bridge sales and supply chain, manage EDI flows (TrueCommerce familiarity a plus), coordinate 3PL partners, ensure retailer compliance, and deliver actionable reporting while leading cross-functional initiatives and retailer onboarding.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in retail operations, sales operations, or supply chain roles.
• Experience managing EDI platforms; TrueCommerce familiarity is a plus.
• Strong 3PL relationships management and SLA compliance.
• Proficiency with retailer portals and ERP systems like NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee order lifecycle using EDI for retail accounts and ensure accurate entry.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners for shipment execution and timelines.
• Maintain shipment documentation and manage chargeback disputes efficiently.
• Generate monthly performance reports and manage inventory reconciliation.
• Lead cross-functional onboarding of new retailers and data setup.
