Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is hiring a Sales Merchandiser to execute brand standards and drive peak in-store performance. You will work under the supervision of the Market Sales Manager with daily updates to the Territory Sales Lead.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and travel to nearby locations. Prior merchandising or sales experience is preferred and reliable technology access is needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to locations may be required.
• Must have access to a computer, internet, and email.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management through daily communications.
• Educate customers on product lines and features to drive client brand awareness.
• Execute tasks, projects, and displays with accuracy following provided instructions.
• Maintain high-quality work to meet client expectations and account aesthetics.
• Report daily activities and sales opportunities to Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager.
