Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute standards, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. The role reports to the Market Sales Manager with daily updates to the Territory Sales Lead.

The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, and travel to additional locations as needed. Benefits include health insurance and retirement options, with onboarding support.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to locations may be necessary.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting; up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Educate customers on brand features and product lines.
• Execute merchandising tasks, resets, and displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager.
• Use handheld devices effectively and maintain confidentiality.
