Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute company standards and drive store sales. You will report to the Market Sales Manager and coordinate with the Territory Sales Lead daily.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, flexible schedule including nights and weekends, high school diploma, and valid driver's license. Benefits include health, 401(k), and other protections.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
• Self-motivated and driven to meet retailer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Educate customers and store personnel on brand features and benefits.
• Execute merchandising tasks and displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate daily activities and sales opportunities to leadership.
• Ensure confidentiality of company and retailer information.
