Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED Equivalent.
• Experience: 1-3 years in a retail sales emphasis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and basic financial understanding.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or surpass store and individual sales goals and objectives.
• Promote In-home design program and brand experience.
• Coach, train, and support sales teams to improve performance.
