Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Sales Manager to lead customer service and sales efforts in our stores. You will generate leads, close lease agreements, process renewal payments and ensure showroom merchandise is well maintained and priced to Aaron’s standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States and at least 18 years old in Canada.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy, including satisfactory driving record.
• Must be able to be DOT certified, if required in location of position (United States Only).
• Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. assisted with appropriate equipment and/or another associate.

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships.
• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate service logs and regularly communicate with service providers and customers.
• Assist General Manager with operational functions.
• Assist with deliveries in the event a driver is not available.
