Job summary

Aaron’s Store is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-energy retail team in a fast-paced environment. You will manage customer relations, set sales targets, and collaborate with marketing to drive new business while ensuring the showroom is well merchandised and maintained.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the US.
• Requires a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to be DOT certified if required in location (US only).
• Able to work a schedule from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs on your own and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships.
• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate service logs and communicate with service providers and customers.
• Assist General Manager with operational functions.
• Assist with deliveries when a driver is unavailable.
