Job summary

Aaron’s Family of Companies in the United States is hiring a Sales Manager to oversee store sales initiatives, generate leads, close lease agreements, and manage showroom presentation. You will oversee daily operations, support the General Manager, and ensure pricing and merchandising standards are met.

The role pays $13.75–$14.50 per hour, eligibility for incentive pay, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) matching, and life resources.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the US.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and comply with policy.
• DOT certification if required in location (US only).
• Schedule varies 9:00 am–8:00 pm.
• Lift up to 50 lbs solo; up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships.
• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate service logs and communicate with providers & customers.
• Assist General Manager with operational functions.
• Assist with deliveries when a driver is unavailable.
