Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Sales Manager to drive customer service, close lease agreements, and manage showroom merchandising. This role leads a team, sets sales goals, and contributes to a high-energy, recognition-based environment.

You will handle leads, process renewal payments, and support the General Manager with store operations; benefits include paid time off, health insurance, and incentive pay opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old in US (18 in Canada).
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with Driver Qualification Policy.
• DOT certification if required in location (US only).
• Ability to work hours 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Lift up to 50 lbs alone and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships.
• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate service logs and communicate with service providers and customers.
• Assist General Manager with operational functions.
• Assist with deliveries if a driver is not available.
