Aaron’s is hiring a Sales Manager in Texas to lead in-store sales and customer service. You will generate leads, close lease agreements, process payments, and ensure showroom readiness and merchandising standards are met.

You will build relationships with customers and vendors, drive sales goals, and support the General Manager with store operations. This role offers incentive pay and a comprehensive benefits package. Team leadership and effective communication are essential.

Formación

• Requires valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• DOT certification may be required depending on location.

Responsabilidades

• Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships.
• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate service logs and communicate with service providers and customers.
• Assist General Manager with store operations.
• Assist with deliveries in the event a driver is not available.
