Raymour & Flanigan’s Deptford Showroom seeks a proven retail leader to drive sales performance, coach a high-caliber team, and coordinate showroom operations. You will set quarterly goals, monitor metrics, and optimize merchandising to create an inviting shopping experience.

You will mentor consultants, deliver ongoing training, and ensure financial targets are met while maintaining excellent customer service and team morale.

Qualifications

• Three years of leadership experience in retail management in a high volume environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Computer skills and the ability to learn new programs.
• Desire to succeed within a revenue-driven atmosphere.
• Proven track record of sales success in a retail environment.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of sales associate performance, sales, operations and financial performance and set individual and team goals.
• Train and develop a high performing sales team.
• Coordinate showroom operations and establish goals for sales consultants.
• Set objectives, plan, organize, and direct sales associates to meet targets.
• Coach consultants to set realistic monthly sales goals and develop action plans.
• Monitor daily performance against monthly objectives.
• Maximize merchandising through displays, signage, and store layout.
• Mentor and motivate teams to achieve results; assist during sales process to enhance customer experience.
• Perform additional management duties as assigned.
