Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee store-level customer relations and drive sales initiatives in our Jacksonville locations. You will lead the team, manage service logs, and coordinate with vendors to maintain showroom standards.

The role offers an hourly wage, with performance-based incentive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package. Schedule includes daytime hours and week-based flexibility to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the U.S. and 18+ in Canada.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• DOT certification if required by location.
• Flexible schedule 9:00 am–8:00 pm.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. solo and 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships.
• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate service logs and communicate with service providers and customers.
• Assist General Manager with operational functions.
• Assist with deliveries when a driver is unavailable.
