Job summary

The Aaron’s Family of Companies is seeking a Sales Manager to lead in-store sales efforts, generate leads, and close lease agreements while ensuring shelves are priced and merchandised to Aaron’s standards.

This role offers hourly pay with performance-based incentives and a benefits package. Success hinges on strong communication, leadership, and a customer‑focused approach within a multi‑location retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old (16 in Canada) and hold a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• DOT certification if required for location (US only).
• Able to work a schedule from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm and lift up to 50 lbs solo or 300 lbs with assistance.
