The Aaron's Company, Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales efforts in our Gainesville, FL area. You will generate leads, close lease agreements, process renewals, and maintain showroom merchandise to Aaron’s standards.

This role emphasizes strong leadership and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. The position offers an hourly base pay range of $15.50 to $16.25 plus incentive pay, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States; 18+ in Canada.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with Driver Qualification Policy; DOT if required.
• Ability to work a varied schedule from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships.
• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate service logs and regularly communicate with service providers and customers.
• Assist General Manager with operational functions.
• Assist with deliveries when a driver is unavailable.
