Job summary

The Aaron’s Family of Companies is seeking a Sales Manager in Mission, TX. You will generate leads, close lease agreements, process renewals, and handle merchandise to ensure showroom floors remain well displayed and priced to Aaron’s standards.

The role offers hourly pay from $10.75 to $25.00 with performance-based incentive pay and a comprehensive benefits package. Must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States.
• Requires valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• May require DOT certification depending on location.
• Able to work a schedule from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own (up to 300 lbs. with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships.
• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate service logs and regularly communicate with service providers and customers.
• Assist General Manager with operational functions.
• Assist with deliveries in the event a driver is not available.
