• Assist Store Manager in SOPs and company programs adherence.
• Coach customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide MOD coverage and floor leadership.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout and omni-channel services.
• Oversee events and Loyalty enrollment.
• Promote protection plans and extended services.
• Drive Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar experience.
• Ensure BOPIS and Same Day Delivery execution.
• Train and develop team through onboarding.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices.
