My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to join its retail team and support coaching and leading staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences and AT&T solutions. You will work in a fast-paced environment, drive sales and operations, assist with staffing and training, and participate in marketing activities to maximize opportunities.

Qualifications

• Management experience in retail or similar field.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual preferred depending on location.
• Retail or telecoms experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
