Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Manager to join the store leadership team in Mt Lebanon, PA. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales and deliver an omnichannel experience, while coaching and mentoring associates to reflect our brand in every customer interaction.

You will onboard new hires, foster an inclusive store culture, and balance selling with store operations to achieve performance goals. A hospitality mindset and strong people management are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail management experience preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
