Job summary

The Tile Shop is seeking a customer-focused sales associate in Orlando to greet customers, learn their needs, and present tile products. You will guide customers through selection, explain installation basics, and drive sales while meeting individual goals in a fast-paced environment with a draw plus commission pay structure.
