The Tile Shop in Town of Florida, NY is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. We offer a draw plus commission with earnings potential of 45K–75K in the first year, reflecting a dynamic, customer-focused sales environment.

You will proactively greet customers, build lasting relationships, educate on installation and product usage, track orders, and strive to exceed individual sales goals while working evenings and weekends in a fast-paced, professional setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, commission-based sales environments.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Proficient with basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet customers professionally
• Develop lasting customer relationships by treating customers with courtesy
• Conduct follow-up customer communication
• Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers
• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Work evenings and weekends
• Other duties as assigned
