Aaron’s Family of Companies in Phoenix is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales, build customer relationships and drive results.

The role offers hourly pay of $17.25–$18.25 with incentive pay based on performance, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.

You will manage goals, coordinate with marketing, and support store operations to keep showroom floors well merchandised.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old in the US and 18 years old in Canada.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record per company policy.
• DOT certification may be required in location.
• Able to work 9:00 am–8:00 pm hours.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs solo and up to 300 lbs with assistance/equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships.
• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate service logs and communicate with providers and customers.
• Assist General Manager with operational functions.
• Assist with deliveries when a driver is unavailable.
