Job summary

Aaron's is seeking a Sales Manager in Artesia, AZ to lead store sales, generate leads, close lease agreements, and process renewal payments while ensuring the showroom is priced and merchandised to Aaron's standards. You will handle merchandise and support other store operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The role includes incentive pay based on performance, benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and on-demand pay options.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for US positions.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• DOT certification, if required in location.
• Able to work a schedule 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships.
• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate service logs and regularly communicate with service providers and customers.
• Assist General Manager with operational functions.
• Assist with deliveries if a driver is not available.
