Job summary

The Aaron’s Company, Inc. in Mission, TX is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales operations, mentor a team, and ensure the showroom is well merchandised, priced, and serviced for customers.

You will drive growth through marketing initiatives and maintain relationships with customers and vendors. The role offers an hourly wage of $10.75 to $25.00 plus incentive pay, with benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k) with matching, paid time off, and on-demand pay through Dayforce Wallet.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ in the United States and 18+ in Canada.
• Requires a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Must be able to be DOT certified, if required in location (United States).
• Able to work hours from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships.
• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate service logs and regularly communicate with service providers and customers.
• Assist General Manager with operational functions.
• Assist with deliveries when a driver is not available.
