Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is seeking a Retail Sales Manager in Maricopa, AZ to lead store staff and drive customer-focused sales.

You will coach and develop a team to exceed sales targets, manage daily store operations, hiring, scheduling, and training while upholding company standards and compliance. This role offers strong base pay with uncapped commissions and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience in a similar field (Required).
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location).
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry (Preferred).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred).
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent (Required).

Responsibilities

• Train and lead a team to deliver an extraordinary customer experience and exceed sales targets.
• Supervise daily operation of a location including hiring, scheduling, developing, and coaching.
• Achieve location goals by coaching and developing team members to achieve KPIs.
• Maintain location staffing through employee retention, recruiting and training.
• Build a steady client base by ethical and customer-centric business practices.
• Establish business accounts by partnering with AT&T Signature team and community events.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment and ensure policies are followed.
