My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to join its fast-paced team in Mesa, AZ. You will support the Store Manager in coaching staff, lead customer-facing sales, and ensure a top-quality customer experience with AT&T products and services.

The role offers strong base pay with commissions, paid training, and clear growth paths to managing your own location. Eligible for benefits, vacation, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a similar field (Required).
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Strong organizational and communication skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
• Retail or telecom experience (Preferred).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred).
