Job summary

My Wireless, Inc is seeking a Retail Sales Manager in Maricopa, AZ to coach and develop a high-performing store team and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, supervising daily store operations, and building a loyal client base through ethical practices.

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience (Required)
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required)
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred)
• Retail or telecommunications sales experience (Preferred)
• Must be at least 18 and legally able to work in the US (Required)

Responsibilities

• Train and lead a team to deliver an extraordinary customer experience and exceed sales targets.
• Supervise daily operation of a location including hiring, scheduling, development, and coaching.
• Achieve location goals by coaching and developing team members to meet KPIs.
• Maintain location staffing through recruiting and retention efforts.
• Establish business accounts by partnering with AT&T Signature team for community events.
• Maintain store environment and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain professional knowledge.
