Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to meet sales KPIs and service standards.
• Oversee front-end operations, POS, and Self-Checkout performance.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain store conditions.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Enroll customers in Loyalty Rewards and promote MCC/Extend services.
• Train staff through TM onboarding and ongoing development.
