Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and policy adherence.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Promote loyalty rewards and protection plan offerings to boost retention.
