Warby Parker is opening a new Lithia Crossing store and seeks a Sales Manager to lead a team of Retail Advisors in delivering exceptional glasses-shopping experiences. You’ll influence process improvements, oversee inventory, and drive daily operations while engaging customers and modeling service excellence.

You’ll guide a team of 8–10, participate in biannual performance reviews, and support onboarding and training for new hires, ensuring an inclusive, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales/operations at a complex, customer-focused retailer.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit.
• Willingness to work long hours.
• Energetic, positive team player.
• Not on LEIE list.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Warby Parker values and brand philosophy to customers.
• Own troubleshooting for the POS system.
• Oversee store inventory procedures.
• Develop new processes to improve service and shopping experience.
• Manage daily zoning schedules.
• Open and close the store.
