Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to support store operations and guest service. You will perform sales, merchandising and everyday tasks under the guidance of the Store Manager.

This internship provides exposure to Buckle’s retail business, including cashiering, visual merchandising, and loss prevention practices, with a focus on developing management skills.

Applicants should be pursuing a bachelor's degree and willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree is required or preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are beneficial.
• Ability to work in a retail environment and support store goals.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and guest service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Assist with merchandising, displays, and store cleanliness.
• Learn store operations under Store Manager guidance.
• Assist in opening/closing cash registers and POS procedures.
• Support recruitment and training activities as needed.
• Assist with visual merchandising and loss prevention practices.
• Support internship duties and progress reporting.
