Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Missouri is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to support daily store operations and guest service.

You will participate in sales, merchandising, and operational tasks under store management guidance to understand Buckle’s retail business and what it takes to excel in leadership roles. You will develop skills in customer interactions, product knowledge, and loss prevention while working a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BA/BS in a related field with internship interest.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Willingness to learn Buckle processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Assist guests in locating or selecting merchandise based on needs.
• Maintain knowledge of sales promotions and policies.
• Support store operations and daily housekeeping tasks.
