Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales and Management Intern in an on-site role at our Ohio stores to support sales, merchandising, and operations. You will gain hands-on experience working closely with the Store Manager to learn Buckle’s retail business and what it takes to excel in management.

The internship emphasizes guest service, product knowledge, plus exposure to recruiting, training, and leadership development while contributing to daily store goals and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree; no prior experience required.
• Interest in long-term commitment with Buckle.
• No visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service.
• Assist with sales, merchandising, and operational tasks.
• Work with Store Manager to understand Buckle’s retail business.
• Manage visual merchandising and product displays.
• Open/close cash registers and handle POS procedures.
• Support recruitment, training, and leadership development.
• Participate in internship duties and reporting.
• Maintain store cleanliness and guest experience.
